Sybill had made its name as an AI meeting notetaker. Ask Sybill was its next bet: an assistant reps could just ask, in plain language, to pull insight from all their sales data and act on it. The hard part was making a net-new AI surface people would discover, trust, and return to, then keeping it ahead as models and expectations moved fast.
I owned the end-to-end design of Ask Sybill across its life, from the 0-to-1 build to a major upgrade a year later, growing it from a single-question box into an assistant reps rely on daily and moving Sybill from notetaker toward a true sales assistant.
